The Force behind INTERLATOR.com
As a passionate linguistics person speaking a total
of four languages I have found the profession of a
translator to be the career path for me.
Growing up in Zurich Switzerland I have been speaking,
reading, hearing and writing German all my life.
Being part German has always kept me close to the German language and
regular visits to my grandmother and other relatives in Zweibrücken Germany
have honed my vocal skills.
The English language entered my life in 7th grade and has been part of me
since then. English classes in the public school system in Switzerland were
followed by grade A completion of both the Cambridge University's First and
Advance Certificate of English.
Through learning English in Europe, travelling in the UK and Scotland, as well
as backpacking through a lot of other countries I have met a lot of native and
ESL speakers from all continents of the world and can understand almost any
English accent.
I bring along a corporate background in international and domestic
logistics, as well as continuing education in the screenplay writing,
singing, legal, medical and immigration field.
I am familiar with legal, official documents, immigration paperwork, shipping
documents, medical forms and screenplay formatting and more.
